My journey into the world of neurodiversity began with a curiosity after my personal diagnosis of ADHD as an adult. Recognizing my own lack of understanding of self and the inner workings of my brain that ultimately led to years of hardships internally & externally. After committing the energy to myself, I have spent my time slowing down to intentionally understand the diverse ways in which people perceive and interact with Neurodivergence in our world. This led to pursuing specialized training and research in neurodiversity, equipping me with the tools and knowledge to effectively support my clients. 

Driven by a passion for inclusive mental health care, we will approach therapy with a blend of empathy, scientific knowledge, and innovative techniques. As a certified specialist in ADHD, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and an extensive training in systemic approaches which are tailored to the specific cognitive and sensory profiles of neurodiverse individuals. 

My therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen and understood. My work is characterized by my unwavering commitment to creating a safe and inclusive space where clients can freely express themselves without the fear of judgment. This environment allows for 'taking off the mask' - a term often used to describe the process of shedding societal expectations and embracing one's true self.  

At my practice located in the heart of the city, I promise to provide a safe and nurturing environment working collaboratively with clients to develop personalized therapy plans that focus on leveraging strengths, building self-esteem, and developing coping strategies for challenges within the multiple systems in which one exists.
